This peaceful creature with a distinctive black and white coat plays a crucial role in bamboo forests. Despite an elevated endangered status, pandas are still at risk.
This print protects the Giant Panda, with 20% of the sale proceeds going directly to Pandas International, a nonprofit organisation ensuring the preservation and propagation of the endangered Giant Panda. Pandas International provides public awareness and education, support for research, habitat preservation and enhancement, and assistance to Giant Panda Centers.
The propagation and preservation of the Giant Panda will not only help ensure biodiversity, but will have a beneficial impact on the economic viability of the area through ecotourism, bamboo planting and harvesting by local villagers, and employment at the various Panda Centers in the region.
This Giant Panda screen print has been designed and hand-printed by Ed and James in a limited edition of 40 prints on 270gsm uncoated paper.
